No stranger to media, Megan Kellin is the owner and publisher of Lake and Company - three nationwide publications and 5 stores that emulate the real stories of people, products and places. She also lives in the hospitality and tourism world with properties Hotel Rapids and Little Lazy Lodge, both located in northern MN. Megan's passionate about building community, brilliant collaborations and bringing people ad ideas together.

Owner and operator of Buffalo Media Group and The Wild Blue Films, Justin is no stranger to the media world. Having established his primary business nine years ago, he has watched it blossom and mature into one of the most sought after media brands in western hospitality and in his home state of Minnesota. Now the business has evolved and expanded into The Wild Blue Films where he looks to take years of knowledge and media expertise and apply them to his biggest life-long passions…outdoor adventure and the world of big game sport fishing. Justin Graddy is also the primary media producer for Lake + Company magazine.
